10/06/11	College Night 2 at PBHS, 6:30pm to 8:00 pm . FREE!	Presenters will go over the college application provess and provide scholarship information (local and national scholarships, req., deadlines, etc)
10/12/11	PSAT test for 11th graders. Voluntary. students must sign up a nd pay registration fee of $15. Sign ups will be announced and held in Cafeteria last weel of Sept	Palm Bay HS - held during school hours. Students who sign up will take the test during school. PSAT helps students practice for SATs and provides scholarship opportunites for students who take it.
10/22/11	FEA/AVID car wash fundraiser at Hardee's. 9a.m. to 1 p.m.	Hardee's across from school. Parents, families welcome. We need help selling tickets, making signs, washing cars, snacks for the participants, etc. Cantcat Ms. Sullivan or Ms. Raines to find out how you can help.
10/26/11	College Fair - Meet College Reps. from all over FL. APplications, scholarship and financial aid presented.	Melbourne Auditorium - 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Students will come away with alot of information from different colleges. FREE!
11/05/11	College Day at UCF - Free breakfast and lunch, tours, student-faculty panels, applications and info. Free for whole family. Sign up through AVID Coordinator	UCF - 9am. to 2pm. Transportation may be available for students. TBA
1/2/12	Financial Aid Seminar/Wkshp at the School Board Office Bldg. in VIera (ESF) 7pm - 9pm FREE	A representative from FIT will go through the entire proces for completing the FAFSA
